1. Fill out all the required adult/parent information.
 

2. Select “Yes”, then "+ Add Child" and fill out your child’s information (USTA is not required).

3. Once you provide your child’s information, teams will become available. Select the location/team you would like to register for.

4. Review registration costs.

5. Add emergency contact/ additional info.

6. Agree to terms and waiver.

7. Process payment.

Repeat process for each additional player.

*Note: After you have submitted your initial registrations, all added players will be linked to the parent email on Tennis Circuits for future registrations.
